Colleen is my cheerleader!!! She is so encouraging and has helped me to restore my belief in myself and my abilities, regardless of society’s stigmas or my doctor’s diagnosis. I know that she truly cares about me and my happiness with myself and my career.
Colleen is a true advocate. She has my best interests at heart in her dealings with my company, my state vocational counselor, and with other partners in my vocational rehabilitation plan. Colleen’s help not only helped my to retain my job, but she also negotiated a workplace environment that was conductive to my abilities. I would surely be looking for work if colleen has not been such an integral part of my vocational rehabilitation plan.
Colleen worked with me to help me find systems to organize workflow, prioritize tasks, and to focus my marketing efforts to be more effective at work.
Colleen is not afraid to jump right in and help with the “grunt work”. For several weeks, she met with me on early weekend morning to help me dig through my piles and make sense of the chaos I had at work. My productivity increased dramatically as a direct result of my partnering with Colleen.

Colleen taught me that I work well with colors. This amazed me, because I knew I liked lots of bright light and colors, but I didn’t even consider applying it to my office. It all make sense. I was dulled down with blacks, beiges, and grays. I needed files and tabs to jump out at me because with ADD, I wouldn’t spend but a second looking for a file, it would be easier to plop papers on my desk for later!
Colleen is a Trojan horse with a focus. In helping me face my reams of boxes, papers and clutter, she maintained a light and humorous touch. In my heart it felt like gloomk and doom, but Colleen doesn’t seem to accept that; she supports and pushes along with a light heartedness that is refreshing.
